La familia MTB del módulo SFP Gigabit Ethernet se puede instalar en el Switch PLANET con interfaz 10GBASE-SR/LR SFP.
La distancia de alcance se puede extender hasta
300 metros (Multi-Mode LC). Los transceptores SFP son de conexión rápida (hot-pluggable) y de intercambio activo (hot-swappable).
Puede conectar y sacar los transceptores a/desde cualquier puerto SFP sin tener que apagar el Switch.
